About
Elizabeth
Born in Canada of German immigrants and "born again" in Germany at the age of 21, Elizabeth has always had close ties to Germany and all her relatives. After her conversion she lived and worked in Europe (Germany, The Netherlands and England), largely with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, for eight years. Thereafter she studied in Canada, majoring in Psychology, and minoring in German. Finding secular solutions lacking, she went for further studies to Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA, U.S.A.—graduating in 1999 with a Master’s of Divinity, with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling. After Seminary Elizabeth went with Mission to the World to Nigeria to teach biblical counseling at the Reformed Theological Seminary, Mkar in Benue State for five years.
In 2005, when Nigerian nationals were taking over the task of teaching counseling, Elizabeth and Team Berlin perceived God’s call for her to join the Martin Bucer Seminary and teach biblical counseling in Germany. She has begun a D.Min. study program at WTS, and is currently preparing to join the Team as soon as possible!
